COVID-19 UPDATE: We have reinstated our express delivery options

Dear Valued Customer,

As the COVID-19 pandemic continues, we know that we are in difficult times. Our thoughts are for all affected by this virus and we would also like to send our very best wishes to you, your family and friends.  

As schools and universities return to on-site teaching after several months we understand that your circumstances are changing rapidly and you may need access to materials at short notice.  As always, we will respond as quickly as we can to your requirements and also be understanding if your requirements change due to these circumstances. 

We have amended our working hours again to continue to support your order requirements. To that end, we shall now be despatching standard orders four times a week from our base in the UK via the Royal Mail, UK Mail and DHL courier delivery options on the checkout page. 

We have re-instated our express delivery options and will strive to despatch these on the same or next day whether we would be despatching standard orders on that day or not.  However, these orders may be subject to some delay in house and by delivery services that are stretched in places and we ask you to be understanding if that is the case.

Due to our office workers now working remotely our telephones are not currently manned every day, therefore if you have a query please email us initially and a member of our customer service team will get back to you.

We will shall remain open for as long as it is safe to do so and will update this notice with changes as they occur.
