Items ordered on this website are despatched from the UK and delivered by courriers or the postal service to wherever you are in the world.
The good news is that with the UK-EU trade agreement there wil be zero tariff/duty charges on our goods sent to the EU.
Orders for delivery to the EU by us will be charged excluding value added tax (VAT).
However, as described in our delivery information, the courrier or postal serevice may ask you to pay your country,s VAT or sales tax on the import value. They may also charge an administration fee for doing so. We are working with our delivery partners to reduce the administation fee and determine whether we can pay for it ourselves if possible.
