COVID-19 UPDATE: We are open and despatching orders twice a week

Dear Valued Customer,

As the COVID-19 crisis continues, we know that we are in unprecedented times. Our thoughts are for all affected by this virus and we would also like to send our very best wishes to you, your family and friends.

We have amended our working hours to be more flexible whilst continuing to support your order requirements. To that end, we shall be despatching goods twice a week from our base in the UK (planned for Mondays and Thursdays) via the standard delivery options available via the Royal Mail, UK Mail and DHL courier delivery options on the checkout page. 

We have temporarily removed the express delivery method option and there may be some short delays on the other methods as we and our delivery partners make adjustments to our new routines.

Due to our office workers now working remotely our telephones are not currently manned, therefore if you have a query please email us initially and a member of our customer service team will get back to you.

We will shall remain open for as long as it is safe to do so and will update this notice with changes as they occur.
